4. Custom Artwork Responsibility

For custom orders, you are responsible for ensuring that your artwork:
- Meets our Artwork Upload Guidelines.
- Is free of copyright, trademark, or licensing violations.
Buffalo Custom Tees is not liable for printing content you provide that infringes on third-party rights.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Payments must be made in full at checkout before production begins.
We accept Shopify Payments, PayPal, and other secure gateways.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We ship orders across the United States using USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
Once orders are shipped, Buffalo Custom Tees is not responsible for delays caused by carriers.

7. Returns & Refunds

Custom products (gang sheets, transfers, custom apparel) are non-returnable and non-refundable unless defective.
Stock products may be returned within 14 days if unused and in original condition.

Buffalo Custom Tees is not liable for damages beyond the value of your order.
We are not responsible for:
- Improper use or application of DTF transfers.
- Customer-uploaded artwork errors (spelling mistakes, poor resolution, etc.).
- Carrier delays or lost packages.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our site, including text, images, logos, graphics, and designs, is the property of Buffalo Custom Tees and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

10. Termination of Service
