At Buffalo Custom Tees, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great pride in producing high-quality DTF gang sheets, transfers, and custom apparel. Because many of our products are custom-made to your specifications, we have specific policies in place regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds. Please review the guidelines below before placing your order.
Custom DTF Transfers, Gang Sheets, and Personalized Apparel are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
Each order is printed based on your uploaded artwork and specifications, which makes it unique to you.
We cannot accept returns for issues related to incorrect sizing, design mistakes, or poor-quality uploads provided by the customer.
Tip: Please double-check your artwork using our Artwork Upload Guidelines before submitting.
The following items may be eligible for return:
Stock Transfers (unused, unpressed, and in original condition).
Stock Apparel (unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached).
Return Window: You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered:
Contact us at grampschamp26@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery.
Provide your order number and clear photos of the product.
Once approved, we will issue a replacement or a refund to your original payment method.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please note: shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges are only available for stock apparel items in a different size or color. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to an error on our part.
The following cannot be returned or refunded:
Custom transfers, gang sheets, or apparel.
Items damaged due to improper application (e.g., incorrect pressing instructions).
Clearance or final sale items.
Gift cards.

State whether you are requesting a refund, replacement, or exchange.
We will provide instructions for returning your item.
