1. Pre-Press the Garment
   Place your garment on the heat press and pre-press for 5–10 seconds to remove any moisture and wrinkles. This helps the transfer bond smoothly.

2. Set Heat Press Temperature
   Adjust your heat press to 315–325°F with medium pressure.

3. Apply the Transfer
   Position your DTF transfer on the garment and press for 15–20 seconds.

4. Peel the Film
   Allow the transfer to cool completely before peeling. Slowly peel away the film to reveal your design.

5. Repress for Durability
   Place a sheet of parchment paper or Teflon over the design and repress for 5–10 seconds. This locks in the transfer for maximum wash durability.
