At Buffalo Custom Tees, we work hard to deliver your DTF gang sheets, transfers, and custom apparel quickly and securely. Please review our shipping guidelines below so you know exactly what to expect when placing your order.

📦 Order Processing Time

Standard Processing: Most orders are produced and shipped within 2–4 business days.
Rush Orders: Same-day and next-day production options are available for an additional fee.
Order Verification: All custom artwork is reviewed before printing. If there are file issues, processing time may be delayed until corrections are made.

🚚 Shipping Methods

We ship orders across the United States using trusted carriers:

USPS (First Class, Priority, Express)
UPS (Ground, 2-Day, Next Day Air)
FedEx (Ground and Express options)

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, size, and destination.

🏠 Local Pickup (Buffalo, NY)

Customers in the Buffalo area can choose Local Pickup at checkout. Once your order is ready, you’ll receive an email notification. Pickup is available during our normal business hours.

USPS First Class: 3–5 business days
USPS Priority: 2–3 business days
UPS Ground: 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 1–2 business days (depending on carrier)

⚠️ Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or peak holiday periods.

📌 Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we only ship within the United States.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for certain UPS/FedEx services.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may incur additional fees.

🛡 Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order leaves our facility, Buffalo Custom Tees is not responsible for carrier delays or lost packages. If your package is lost in transit:

File a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
Contact us at grampschamp26@outlook.com with your order number, and we’ll do our best to assist.

📦 Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

Take clear photos of the package and contents.
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at grampschamp26@outlook.com.
We will arrange a replacement or refund if the damage occurred during shipping.

Buffalo Custom Tees occasionally offers free shipping deals for orders over a certain amount. These promotions will be clearly displayed on our website and automatically applied at checkout.
